Is the art made with AI?
No. Every piece is drawn by a human artist, stroke by stroke, and we never use AI image generation. Want proof? Ask for the work-in-progress sketches of your commission and we'll happily share them.
What photos work best?
Three to five clear, well-lit photos taken at your pet's eye level. A front-facing shot plus a couple of personality shots is perfect, and phone photos are absolutely fine.
How long does my art take?
Your finished files arrive by email within 3 to 5 days of sending your photos. Need it faster for a gift? Get in touch and we'll try to squeeze you in.
How do I use my stickers on WhatsApp?
Every pack comes with a simple step-by-step guide for WhatsApp, Telegram and iMessage. It takes about two minutes to install.
Can I get changes made?
Yes! One free revision round is included with every commission. We want it perfect as much as you do.
Do you ship anything?
