From your favourite photos to a hand-drawn digital artwork, here is exactly how a PawsPal commission works.

1. Choose Your PawsPal Artwork

Start by choosing the kind of custom artwork that fits your pet and your plans for the finished piece. You can commission a custom digital pet portrait, a bold digital poster, a custom WhatsApp sticker pack, or a detailed full-scene pet artwork.

Every order is a made-to-order digital commission. Nothing is automated, and nothing is generated by AI.

2. Place Your Order and Send Your Photos

Choose your preferred options on the product page and place your order. Jenna will send an order confirmation email. Reply to that email with 3 to 5 clear reference photos of your pet, person, place, or favourite object.

3. Julia Draws It by Hand

Julia creates every commission from scratch on her iPad using an Apple Pencil. She studies your photos, draws the details by hand, and builds the final piece in PawsPal's colourful, character-led style. The digital canvas gives her the flexibility to create a high-resolution artwork while preserving the human touch of a hand-drawn portrait.

4. Jenna Keeps Everything Running Smoothly

Jenna manages the studio side of PawsPal. She checks the reference photos, answers commission questions, keeps track of orders, and makes sure the final artwork reaches you safely. If anything is unclear before Julia starts drawing, Jenna will be in touch.

5. Receive Your Digital Artwork

Most PawsPal commissions are completed and delivered by email within 3 to 5 days. You receive high-resolution files that you can print, frame, use as wallpaper, share online, or turn into something completely your own. Each commission includes one free revision round so you can feel confident that the final piece captures the personality you love.
