Are PawsPal pet portraits hand-drawn?

Yes. Julia hand-draws every PawsPal commission from scratch on an iPad using an Apple Pencil. We do not use generative AI, automated filters, or one-click photo effects. Each finished portrait is made from your reference photos and shaped around your pet's personality.

What kind of photos should I send?

Please send 3 to 5 clear photos after placing your order. Good natural light, a sharp view of the face, and a selection of angles are all helpful. Our pet-photo guide explains exactly how to choose the best references.

How long does a custom digital pet portrait take?

Most commissions are completed and delivered by email within 3 to 5 days after Jenna receives suitable photos. More detailed commissions, such as a full-scene illustration, can occasionally take a little longer. Jenna will contact you if your order needs extra time.

Will I receive a physical print?

PawsPal commissions are delivered as high-resolution digital files. This means you can choose where and how you print the artwork, use it as a phone wallpaper, or share it online. Can I request revisions?

Yes. One free revision round is included with every commission. We want you to love the final artwork, so Jenna will help gather any clear feedback before Julia makes the agreed adjustment.

Can you draw pets other than dogs and cats?

Absolutely. Julia can draw any animal, and PawsPal also accepts commissions for people, places, houseplants, and other meaningful subjects. The key is having clear reference photos and a good sense of the vibe you want.

What types of custom artwork can I order?
