Our Story

PawsPal began with a simple belief: every pet is a muse, and every portrait should be personal.

We’re Julia and Jenna - two sisters running a small art studio that happens to be a shop. Everything here starts as an illustration, drawn by a human hand, coloured like a paintbox, and made for the animals who run our homes and our hearts.

Meet the Sisters

Julia is the artist. She’s the one with the iPad, the stylus, and the obsessive eye for how your dog’s ear flops or the exact shade of your cat’s whiskers. She hand-draws every single commission from scratch, ensuring your pet’s personality shines through in her signature funky, colourful style. There is no generative AI here - just genuine artistry.

Jenna runs the studio. She’s the one who answers your emails, manages the orders, and makes sure Julia has exactly the right reference photos to work her magic. If you have a question about a commission, need help choosing a vibe, or want to check on a delivery, Jenna is your person. Together, we make sure the art is beautiful and the process is effortless.

What We Make

We illustrate custom digital posters from your photos, as single pieces or matching sets for a gallery wall. We draw digital portraits in whichever vibe suits your pet, from funky and loud to soft and minimalist. We turn your pet into sticker packs for WhatsApp and social media, and we even draw full-scene artworks where every detail stars your own companion. Pets are our favourite muses, but people, places, and houseplants get funked too.

How It Works

A few photos are all we need. You send them, Julia draws, and Jenna ensures that within 3 to 5 days, something one-of-one lands in your inbox as high-resolution files. Nothing here is mass-produced, and nothing is automated. Every piece is drawn stroke by stroke, and we’ll happily show you the work-in-progress sketches to prove it.
